Christ's Riders Motorcycle Ministry Founders

Rev. John Graham, Founder and National President, has not always been a Christian and minister. He grew up in an alcoholic home, was an abused child, became addicted to drugs and alcohol, and even sold drugs. The Lord rescued him out of a life of violence and crime and placed him in the ministry. He has traveled all over the United States, and in various foreign countries teaching, and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has helped start many churches, trained ministers, written books, and is pastoring his fourth church. He has ridden motorcycles off and on all his life.

Frank Backus ("Preacher"), Co-Founder and National Vice President, became a Christian as a child, walked away from God as a teenager, and lived a lifestyle of alcohol, drugs, and partying. He came back to God, and rededicated his life to Christ. He is a certified GM mechanic for an auto dealership, and builds muscle cars on the side. He is a ministers training school graduate, and licensed minister.
